7:00 AM Shuttle Bus departs from Beacon Ferry Terminal for Shadows Marina.

3:50 AM  People staying near Tarrytown or parking cars at the swim exit point, meet at the parking lot southeast of Tarrytown Metro North Station on Depot Plaza Road.  Leave time to buy a paid parking ticket.
